Fishery Rules At Etang De Villaine Carp Fishing In France
1. No Sacking of fish
2. No Fires Allowed at anytime
3. Only landing nets / unhooking mats / weigh slings supplied by us are to be used. All Supplied Free of Charge
4. Under no circumstances should braided main lines, except for markers and spod rods
5. A minimum of 15lb main line must be used
6. You must use Barbed and micro-barbed hooks only – No barbless (recent studies show barbless hooks move around and cause more lip damage to the fish)
7. Only coated braid to be used for hook links i.e Snakebite etc.
8. Each Angler can use a maximum of three rods
9. If using particle baits they must be preparedcooked correctly.
10. No fixed rigs allowed under any circumstances
11. No peanuts or brazil nuts.
12. Swims must be kept litter free.
The rules are standard rules and are for the wellbeing of the fish and to ensure first class fishing for everyone.
